Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery
Mattress Shipping

Mattress delivery will take 7 to 15 business days, Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer within six business days. Shipments will be sent via UPS or FedEx.

Adjustable Bed Shipping

Adjustable beds will be shipped within 7 to 15 business days from Monday to Friday. The customer will be issued a tracking number within 6 business days. The adjustable beds will be shipped via LTL Freight. Carriers will vary depending on the place and product. R&L Carriers, UPS, Estes Express, FedEx Freight, and Southeastern Freight are all common carriers.

Custom Size Adjustable Beds

Custom-size adjustable beds from Kingship Comfort, including the Superior and Plus models, typically ship within two weeks. Once the product has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer. Shipping will be via LTL freight. Transit time is usually around six days.

RV Air Mattress

Innomax RV air mattresses, including the Vista and Gemini models, will ship within two weeks. Once the product has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email. While they may ship sooner, please allow up to two weeks for processing.

Oversize King Mattresses

Alaskan King, Texas King, and family bed sizes will ship in one week and a half. In most situations, mattresses will take only 5 days to arrive, and a tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email address after the goods have been shipped. The UPS company will handle the shipping.

Custom Size Bed Frame

The Kingship Comfort Bed Frame will ship in one month and one week. A tracking number will be sent to the customer’s email address.

White Glove Delivery

This service is limited to the adjustable bed, which will be set up in the customer’s room. The old bed must be removed first, and the room must be clear for setup. White Glove Delivery is LTL freight that usually takes 7 to 15 business days (Monday through Friday) for curbside delivery, plus an extra 4 days for White Glove Service. The carrier will call to schedule an appointment for delivery the day before.

Hold It

If you need your order delivered within a specified time window, please include it in the “Shipping Notes” at checkout. Ensure you allow the time mentioned above to accommodate your desired delivery schedule. Alternatively, you can call us to discuss your time frame, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Canceling A Shipment

 

Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. Cancellation is only allowed before the shipment is sent.
